Winmaxer.com is owned by Paul Daniel Sandoval dba Winmaxer.

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver our exclusive services.

From shops: legal name, trade, ZIP and cities, package, term, email, phone, and the license checkbox. Payment information is entered on third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this site.

From homeowners (after a shop has paid): name, phone, city or ZIP, job type, and time window. We do not sell those contacts.

The site host may log device data such as browser, IP address, and pages viewed, to run the site and stop abuse.

We use this information to take payment, send the agreement, run our processes, send information needed, and answer email. The third party payment processor sees the payment information. The kickoff calendar tool sees the time you book. We do not sell shop or homeowner lists.

Email contactcenter@winmaxer.com to ask what we hold or to ask us to correct or delete it.
